I really love auction day. Sure there is the theatre and excitement of the day for vendors and buyers and even spectators, but what I love most is delivering an outcome for clients. If it sells under the hammer, or is passed in and sells later that weekend after negotiation between interested parties, I feel like I’ve done my job sucessfully.
